Welcome to the home of Healthy New Me, where we bring people with common goals and experiences together to work on their physical, mental, and spiritual health needs, focusing on nutrition; pre, peri, and post menopause issues; mindfulness; and building a sense of support and community. We offer a variety of services to meet your needs, including group sessions, one-to-one coaching, online support, and in-person interactions. Our programs are tailored to be personal and adaptable, catering to both individual and corporate clients. Whether you're seeking personal guidance or looking to enhance the well-being of your team, we provide comprehensive support to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain energy, improve your general health and wellbeing or positively impact your sports performance we can support you!

Understanding what menopause is, and what to expect, can help in managing symptoms better.  Workplace training programmes help employees and employers to create a more supportive work culture, reducing employee absence rates, and improving productivity.
