At Healthy New Me, we’re here to help women — and the people who care about them — understand and embrace the changes that come with menopause and beyond.
We believe knowledge is power, and community is the key to thriving through change. From our Nutrition Breakfast Club, where we explore how what we eat fuels how we feel (open to everyone — men included), to Menopause Mayhem, our small-group education sessions demystifying perimenopause, menopause, and life after, everything we do is about empowering you to feel informed, confident, and supported.
Our Book Nook invites you to slow down, reconnect, and share stories that spark imagination and conversation, while our mindfulness events, one-to-one coaching, and corporate wellbeing programmes bring calm and clarity to busy lives and workplaces.
As we grow, we’re expanding our education to include men — helping them better understand menopause and how to support the women in their lives, at home and at work.
Blending clinical knowledge, academic research, and lived experience, Healthy New Me offers practical, evidence-based education about menopause, HRT, nutrition, and wellbeing. Most importantly, we create communities that feel like home — places you didn’t know you needed until you found us.
Because menopause isn’t the end — it’s a new beginning.
