Menopause Mayhem – A Six-Part In-Person Workshop Series

Run by Liz – our founder, registered nurse, specialist community public health nurse, academic, and licensed menopause champion – Menopause Mayhem is a vibrant, honest, and supportive space for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause.

Hosted in person at Healthy New Me HQ, this six-part workshop series runs every other week and offers a deep dive into the physical, emotional, and social changes of menopause. Together, we tackle the chaos with compassion, community, and a good dose of humour.

Each session covers a key theme:

    Demystifying menopause – understanding the terminology and the vital role of hormones.

  2. Food, Fuel, and Function
    Nutrition strategies to support your changing body and long-term health.

  3. Mindfulness and Mental Wellbeing
    Tools to support emotional resilience, reduce anxiety, and manage mood swings.

  4. HRT and Holistic Options
    Exploring Hormone Replacement Therapy and complementary approaches for symptom relief.

  5. Getting the Help You Deserve
    How to communicate with healthcare professionals and advocate for your needs.

  6. Relationships and the Menopause Shift
    Navigating changes in intimacy, family dynamics, and friendships.

Led by Liz – our founder, registered nurse, specialist community public health nurse, academic, and licensed menopause champion – Menopause Mayhem Online offers flexible, accessible support for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause.

This six-part digital program is designed for those who want expert guidance, practical tools, and real talk about menopause—but in their own time and from the comfort of home.

Each theme mirrors our in-person workshops, with high-quality materials delivered online for you to explore at your own pace. You’ll also join six live 90-minute online Q&A sessions where Liz answers your questions, shares extra insights, and fosters connection in a safe, supportive space.
