Unstructured Therapeutic Conversation
In person or online | 1 hour slots | £65 per hour 1 person; £80 per hour for 2 or more people
Prebookable for at least 1 hour in 30 minute increments, this solution focussed session is led by you. Using motivational interviewing techniques we can talk about any issues that are coming up for you around your overall health and wellbeing at this time. We will look at the issues you raise in a solution focussed way and generate a plan of action which you can use to support your continuing journey
