MENOPAUSE WELLNESS EVALUATION £35
A 1 and a half hour, one-to-one session featuring a comprehensive body composition scan, blood pressure measurement, and menopause symptom checker. During the session, you will receive detailed explanations of what the body scan and blood pressure results indicate for your health and wellbeing. Additionally, you will be guided on how to access relevant health services for further support. This evaluation aims to provide a thorough understanding of your current health status and practical steps to manage menopause effectively. This session is only available in person.
MENOPAUSE AND ME £40
A 2 hour one-to-one session including menopause symptom checker. This session is designed to educate participants on the definition of menopause, clarify and debunk the various terms associated with it, and help women identify which stage of menopause they are currently experiencing. Through this informative session, attendees will gain a clearer understanding of menopause terminology and begin to navigate their own menopausal journey with greater confidence. This session is available in person or online
MENOPAUSE AT WORK £40
A 2 hour one-to-one session discussing your symptoms and offering supportive solutions. This session provides guidance on how to proactively communicate with managers about menopause-related issues and offers strategies for maintaining good health and wellbeing at work. Participants will learn strategies to effectively address their needs, working towards a supportive and understanding work environment during this phase of life. Whilst not all workplaces may currently have an effective menopause policy, with a rise in the media supporting menopausal women, this is a positive move towards a more inclusive and compassionate work environment. This session is available in person or online.
MENOPAUSE AND NUTRITION £60
A personalized 3-hour one-on-one session with Liz, including a complimentary menopause wellness evaluation (worth £65). This session involves a thorough review of your current nutrition and explores dietary changes that can enhance overall health and wellness while alleviating menopause symptoms. Liz provides tailored advice to help you make informed nutritional choices that support your journey through menopause. Before you attend you will be asked to complete a 1 week nutrition diary of all your food and drink intake. This session is available in person only.
MINDFUL MENOPAUSE £40
This 2 hour one-to-one session is designed to help individuals explore the benefits of mindfulness during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Participants will learn how practicing mindfulness can alleviate symptoms, improve well-being, and foster a more positive experience during these transitional phases. This session is available in person and online.
