This course is designed to help individuals explore the benefits of mindfulness during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Participants will learn how practicing mindfulness can alleviate symptoms, improve well-being, and foster a more positive experience during these transitional phases.

Participants will explore various aspects of physical, emotional, and mental health, learning strategies to navigate this transitional stage effectively and improve their overall quality of life.

Pricing

All of our named workshops are designed to run over 1/2 a day and cost £459 for up to 15 participants

Combining 2 x 1/2 day workshops will cost £849 if conducted on the same day and £859 if split over 2 days for up to 15 participants
-
Any 3 x 1/2 day workshops will cost £1250 if conducted over 2 days and £1280 if split over 3 days for up to 15 participants
-
All sessions can be run over 3 and a half days and will cost £3000 for up to 15 participants

Our bespoke packages are variable in price ranging from £153 to £200 per hour dependent on the needs of the company and the level of preparation needed for up to 15 participants
-
For every additional 10 participants a further charge of £50 per 1/2 day for named packages and £20 per hour will be made.
